Health and Safety on site is our single most important priority. No project undertaken by Gale Construction is allowed to proceed without a full written job-specific Method Statement and Risk Assessment. As with all aspects of our operations, these are undertaken, planned, designed and executed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive site safety conditions for our site operatives and those around them, and total peace of mind for site management.

As a CHAS certified company wholly committed to providing a fully trained workforce, it is our policy that all members of staff, whether based in the office or on site, MUST hold a current CSCS card, related to their specific discipline, and we operate an ongoing training programme for all employees. All our safety systems are overseen by Mike Errington, CMIOSH. MIIRSM. Chartered Safety and Health Practioner who audits our processes on an annual basis.
